Portland Flower Show: March 13, 2009

Tai Chi:  Increase your balance, strength, & focus while reducing stress !

Senior Social Hour:

First & Third Tuesday of each month drop in anytime from 9:30-11:30am, at the Moultonborough Community Center, at 10 Holland St.

Cost: FREE

Come enjoy the company of others, breakfast treats & coffee.  There are plenty of stories, games, and laughter for all!

On Sept. 15th, during our Senior Social Hour,  we will have an informal session "Preventing Slips & Falls", presented by Joanne McLean, Physical Therapist.

During our Senior Social, we have a "Wii" Bowling League.  Come see what the "Wii" is all about.  It's not just for Kids!

Adult Yoga:

A New session begins Sept. 9th

Eight Week Sessions: Mondays: 2:45pm & Wednesdays: 10:00am

Adult Yoga for those 55 and up – of course we’re not checking birth certificates!

This class is instructed by Terry Finn. Terry is a certified yoga instructor. She is actively involved with promoting the benefits of yoga for adults who are a bit on the older side and need a gentler form of yoga. Yoga is the great way to de-stress, increase flexibility and stay physically active.

Please wear loose fitting clothes, bring some water, and a yoga mat or towel
